Overview

Den of Lore provides business analytics and advertising management services. This policy explains what information we process, why we use it, and the choices available to clients and website visitors.

Information we process

When a client authorizes access to a Google Ads account, we may process account identifiers, campaign settings, ads, keywords, targeting settings, budgets, bids, performance metrics, and conversion records. We may also receive contact information that a person submits through this website or by email.

Our service is designed to work with advertising data and aggregate business performance data. Clients must not provide patient records or sensitive personal health information through this website or the Google Ads connection.

How we use information

We use authorized data to monitor advertising performance, compare activity with client budgets and goals, manage bids and budgets, review targeting, check copy against brand and compliance requirements, maintain strategy consistency, prepare reports, and make client authorized campaign adjustments.

Sharing and sale

We do not sell Google user data or client advertising data. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate the service, to the client that authorized the account, or when required by law. Service providers are limited to the information required for their work.

Google API data

Den of Lore’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls to protect information. Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with law.

Your choices

You can revoke Google account access through your Google Account permissions. You can also request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account by emailing us. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
